I chose to cut out an intricate skeleton border, which perfectly complemented the garland skeletons. Other fantastic ideas include bats flying across the vase, spooky tree branches, or even subtle cobweb patterns. Cut your chosen design from adhesive vinyl. Once cut, carefully peel and apply the vinyl design to your vase. Smooth out any air bubbles with a scraper tool or your fingers to ensure it lies flat. This vinyl can either be a permanent decorative element or act as a stencil if you choose to paint over it and then remove it for a reverse effect.
