3. Attach the Bow Tie: Position the blue felt bow tie at the center front of the collar. This is where your safety pins come in handy. For a secure attachment, use one or two small safety pins. Pin through the back of the bow tie and then through both layers of the white felt collar. Ensure the pin is hidden from view and is securely fastened to prevent the bow tie from shifting or falling off during your adventures. For smaller costumes, extra care should be taken to ensure pins are not accessible to children.
