Savor the Flavors: Ninja Kitchen Food Truck

As a passionate food blogger (check out KatiesCucina.com!), I’m always on the lookout for unique culinary experiences, and the Ninja Kitchen Food Truck, introduced to LEGOLAND Florida Resort in 2019, was a delightful discovery. This innovative food truck offers a refreshing departure from typical theme park fare, serving up an array of Asian-inspired street food that perfectly complements the NINJAGO theme. The menu features enticing items such as Super Fancy Spring Rolls ($11), classic Traditional Egg Rolls ($7), savory Potstickers ($9), and other Specialty Items ($11) like succulent pork bao buns and sweet Asian chicken wings. While the prices are on the higher side, as expected within a theme park, the quality and unique flavors make it a worthwhile indulgence.

From a theme park food perspective, I wholeheartedly give the Ninja Kitchen Food Truck an A+! We sampled the crisp Vegetable Egg Rolls, the surprisingly delicious Reuben Super Fancy Spring Rolls (a creative twist!), and the zesty Lemon Chicken Potstickers. Each item was fresh, flavorful, and a welcome treat after a day of ninja training. Do note, these are generally snack-sized portions. To constitute a full meal, you would likely need to order multiple items per person, which could add up quickly. Be prepared for a wait, as is common with popular food trucks, especially given that many items are cooked to order to ensure freshness. Our wait for potstickers was over 15 minutes, but the delicious reward was well worth the patience. We eagerly anticipate dining here again on our next visit.
