For each mat designated for Iron-On Vinyl, toggle the “Mirror” option ON.
7. Prepare Mats for Cutting: As you review your mats, ensure that the brown elements (turkey and name, if welded) are on one mat, and the orange bow is on another. This separation ensures you cut each color from the correct vinyl sheet.

Weeding is the process of removing all the excess vinyl that is not part of your final design, leaving only the desired image on the clear carrier sheet. Here’s how to effectively weed your Iron-On Vinyl:

1. Prepare Your Workspace: Lay your cut vinyl flat on a clean, well-lit surface.
2. Utilize the Cricut BrightPad: If you have a Cricut BrightPad, now is the time to turn it on! The BrightPad illuminates the cut lines from underneath, making it significantly easier to see exactly where your design has been cut.
