This year, we kicked off December with an unforgettable surprise trip to LEGOLAND® Florida for their spectacular Christmas Bricktacular event! It was truly the perfect way to begin our holiday celebrations, offering a unique blend of LEGO-themed fun and heartwarming seasonal cheer.
Our previous visit to LEGOLAND Florida was in March for the exciting launch of The Great LEGO® Race, North America’s first virtual reality roller coaster adventure. Keeping the visit a secret from my LEGO-obsessed 4.5-year-old added an extra layer of excitement, culminating in a truly surprised and ecstatic little boy. What made this visit even more special was his growth – almost an inch and a half taller – which meant he could now conquer two brand new roller coasters! The sheer joy on his face was priceless. We couldn’t have asked for a better day; the weather was absolutely perfect, and the park was delightfully uncrowded, allowing us to enjoy all the attractions without long waits.

For those unfamiliar, Christmas Bricktacular, proudly presented by Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas, transforms LEGOLAND® Florida Resort into a winter wonderland of LEGO festivities throughout December. My daughter, Reagan, found it particularly amusing, though a little bewildering, to see her favorite characters dressed for the season.
